Version 1.7.0_80 of the JVM is not suitable

1、新安装了eclipse：Version: Neon Release (4.6.0)Build id: 20160613-1800

2、打开eclipse的时候报错，如图：

3、查看我自己安装的jdk版本为1.8

4、在-startupplugins/org.eclipse.equinox.launcher_1.3.200.v20160318-1642.jar内容下面添加如下内容：-vmC:\Java\jdk1.8.0_144\bin\javaw.exe如图：
